Because vehicle block-outs and specific driver reservations are finalized in advance and are strictly non-refundable, a partial refund representing the private guide fee only will be returned to you.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 4 days of the scheduled experience, or for guest no-shows, as your private vehicle, driver, and guide are reserved exclusively for your party.
