Photography: Photography is warmly welcomed throughout the museums for personal use—however, tripods, extensions, and drones are strictly prohibited. Please note that photography is entirely forbidden inside the Sistine Chapel, as it is a sacred holy place.

Sacred Dress Code: To respect the holy nature of the Vatican, all guests must have their knees and shoulders fully covered to gain entry.

Strollers: While strollers are permitted inside the galleries, they are not highly recommended due to the historical layout and frequent staircases.

Strict Ticket Policies: To comply with official Vatican regulations, the full legal names of all participants must be provided at the exact time of booking. Entrance tickets are strictly personalized (nominative), non-transferable, and cannot be altered or refunded once issued.
The Vatican authorities will check physical IDs or clear digital copies/pictures on your phone at the security checkpoint (this applies to all minors and infants as well). If names do not match your identification precisely, access will be denied by the Vatican guards.

Cancellations 4 days (96 hours) or earlier prior to your scheduled tour date are subject to a partial penalty. Because Vatican entry tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable under any circumstance, a partial refund representing the guide fee only will be returned to you.
